Text message updates
When you buy a build, most of what has to happen next is small and time-sensitive: booking your onboarding call, getting your intake in, telling you your plan is ready. Text is the only channel that reliably reaches people for that. This page is where you turn it on, and it is the only thing on it you have to do.
Get your onboarding updates by text
We only ever text the number you enter here yourself. We do not buy phone numbers, and we do not text anyone who has not asked us to.
What you will receive
Customer care messages about your own build, sent one to one by the person handling your onboarding. In practice that is:
- Confirming and reminding you about your onboarding call
- Chasing anything still outstanding from your intake
- Telling you your plan is ready and how to open it
- Answering you when you reply
This is not a marketing list. We do not send promotions, offers or newsletters to this number, and we do not add it to one.
Who can join. The text message programme is for individuals aged 18+. You must be 18 years or older to opt in.
Cost. We do not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Ask your carrier if you are not sure what yours charges.
Stopping them. Reply STOP to any message. That ends them immediately, and we will send one confirmation to say so and then nothing further. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT do the same thing. You can also email nutrition@thestoicos.com or call +1 (407) 404-0361 and ask us to take the number off. Stopping texts does not affect your build, your plan or anything you have bought — we will just use email instead.
Getting help. Reply HELP to any message and you will get our contact details back. Or reach us any time at nutrition@thestoicos.com · +1 (407) 404-0361. To start again after stopping, reply START, or come back to this page and opt in again.
Carriers and delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that any particular message arrives. Available on US mobile numbers only.
Your number and your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Your number is used to send you the messages described above and for nothing else.
