See it work · real screen recordings

Not a mockup. The plan, doing the thing.

Every clip below is a screen recording of the real plan running, not an animation built for a landing page. This is what your week looks like when you change something.

The one that matters

You went over. It works out the fix.

This is the part every meal tracker is missing. Instead of a red number, you get an actual answer in grams: which of your foods can move, how far each one may go, and how to spread the difference across the rest of the week so no single plate carries it. Your protein is never touched, and nothing changes until you say so.

Swap a food for what you actually ate

Tap Swap on any meal, pick the food you are changing, and search what you had instead. The meal and the day recalculate as you do it, against real food data rather than a category average.

Log the amount you really had

Had more or less than the plan said? Set the exact amount. Type the grams, or take the one-tap 1.5×, half, or did not have it. The numbers follow.

Replace a whole meal

Not just one food. Swap the entire meal for another option already built into your plan, and the day totals move with it.

Ate something off-plan? Add it once, reuse it forever

Enter what you had and its macros. It is saved to your own food list, so next week it is one search and one tap instead of typing it again.

Look back at last week

Last week’s plan stays available, including the changes you made on it, so you can see what you actually did rather than what was planned.

These recordings come from the system running a live coaching roster, which is why the interface shows a coach in places. Your build is the same system set up for one person.

Built for one

See it against your own week.

A short call. I’ll walk you through the plan and the adjuster using the food you actually eat. No trials, no forms to fight.
